AI, set up for your team

Give your team an AI that knows your business.

I set your team up on Claude, connect it to the tools you already use, and give it a knowledgebase of how your business works. Then I build the automations that hand your people back their hours.

Your team stays in charge. Claude does the searching, the drafting and the copying between tools.

Where AI fits

AI systems startwhere work repeats

The test is simple.

WORKFLOW.TEST.001
RECOGNITION CHECK
LIVE / OPS

If a task is repeated, rule-based, copied between tools, or checked the same way every time, Claude can take it off your team’s plate, with a person checking the result.

Repeats.

Every Monday, someone rebuilds the same report — same four sources, same slide template. They've done it forty times.

Routes.

A lead fills out your form. The same details get typed into three more tools before anyone replies.

Reviews.

Every quote over a certain amount waits on a human read-through. The rules are written down. The reading still takes two days.

Verdict: any one of these is hours back for your team. Send me one and I'll show you how to hand it over

What I build

Three ways to give your team their time back.

Paying for AI that nobody really uses

Your whole team on Claude, connected to everything you already use.

I set everyone up on Claude and Claude Code, and connect it to your drive, inbox, calendar, CRM and chat. Then I turn your scattered documents into a company knowledgebase, so when anyone asks a question, Claude answers from how your business actually works.

Best fit

Teams of 5 to 50. Know-how spread across drives, inboxes and people's heads. Paying for an AI plan, or ready to.

Not a fit

Not a one-off prompt workshop. Not for firms looking to replace their people with AI.

Outreach that lands with the wrong people

A cold email system I build, then run for you every month.

Verified decision makers at real trading companies, written to in your name from domains warmed for three weeks. Replies come back read and sorted, and only the interested ones reach your calendar, so your team spends its time talking to buyers.

Best fit

B2B firms with 1,500 or more decision-makers to reach. An offer you can explain in a sentence.

Not a fit

No bought lists, no blasting, no promised meeting numbers.

The same job done by hand every week

Automations for the jobs your team repeats.

Once Claude knows your business, the repeat work is quick to hand over: enquiries sorted, follow-ups sent, reports built, content drafted. I score each job on the hours it costs and how reliably it can run, build the ones that pay back first, and keep your team in charge of anything that needs judgement.

Best fit

Repeat jobs with clear rules. A team that wants its hours back for the work only people can do.

Not a fit

Processes that change every time. Automation for its own sake.

About me

The operator behind the workflows.

The Discovery Call

20 minutes of troubleshooting. Zero pitching.

We'll walk through how your team works today and where Claude would save it the most time.

No slide decks, no polished briefs. Bring your messiest spreadsheet and the broken parts of your day. The more chaotic, the better.

You'll leave with a clear yes/no and a rough blueprint. If I can't help, I'll point you to someone who can.

Calum O'Gorman
About me

I’m Calum O’Gorman. I set teams up on Claude and build the systems that run on top of it.

I started building with AI in my final year at the University of East Anglia, and have built more than 30 AI systems since: knowledgebases, cold email systems, lead research, enquiry handling, quoting and operations. Day to day, I’m an AI automation specialist at Pear Growth and Lumo.

I also ran Trip Tailors, my own travel business, almost entirely on AI: social posting, lead capture, itineraries and customer support. It reached 40,000 followers, 18 million views and more than 1,000 leads.

The useful part is never just the AI. It is the inputs, the rules, the checks, and the handoff into the tools your team already uses, so the people doing the work can trust what comes back.

My focus now is making teams faster, not smaller: Claude set up and connected to everything, a company knowledgebase it answers from, outbound email that fills the calendar, and automations for the jobs people repeat every week.
