Most outbound fails on the list, not the writing.

I build a cold email system on verified decision makers at real trading companies, then run it for you every month. Set up in your first month. Every account in your name.

I use this system to find my own contacts. Four in ten companies checked come out with a named decision maker and their verified email address. The rest are dropped with the reason recorded.

Does this fit you?

This is for you if
You have 5–50 staff
A client is worth $5k or more
At least 1,500 companies could buy from you
You sell to other businesses
This is not for you if
You run it on your own, or you have 50+ staff
A client is worth under $5k
Fewer than 1,500 companies fit
You do not sell B2B

What’s running a month from now.

Your first month of contacts and the system that sends them. Then I run it every month.

Week oneFoundations
  • Target sheetWho we write to, and who we do not. You approve it.
  • Sending setupDomains, mailboxes, records, warm-up started.
  • Compliance packKept with the list, so every send has a basis.
Week twoList and copy
  • The listChecked company by company, with the reason on every drop.
  • A named personOne decision-maker per account, address verified first.
  • The emailsWritten from one evidence line per account. You approve them.
Week threeSending and replies
  • SendingWarmed domains, their working hours, fixed daily limits.
  • Replies in your CRMRead, sorted and written where your pipeline lives.
  • Weekly one-pagerBy segment and by email. A bad week shows up as a bad week.
  • Then every monthNew contacts, with the copy and offer reviewed every 1,000 sends.
Day 1 → day 21 Warming: nothing sent for 21 days.

The build and the warm-up run in parallel. Nothing reaches a prospect until day 21, when the email accounts are fully warmed. A new domain that opens at volume looks like a spammer. This method avoids the bad reputation.

See how it runs, step by step

Every reply is read. Only the interested ones reach you.

A reply stops the sequence for that person, and I sort it into one of five lanes. Only one lane lands in your inbox.

What reaches you is a conversation ready to have. Everything else is handled and recorded, so you never read a “no”, an out-of-office or a bounce.

A meeting on your calendarBooked from the reply, with the email thread attached.
Your CRM, already updatedThe stage moved to meeting booked, so nothing is typed twice.
A call brief, if you add itThe evening before: who they are, what the firm sells, and the email they answered.

InterestedCalendar, CRM stage moved, brief in your inbox.
Stage: meeting bookedThread attached, sequence stopped.
Not right nowRe-approached in 90 days, new angle.
Wrong personRe-routed to the person named.
No thanks / Remove meSuppressed, sequence stopped for good.
BouncedAddress retired, so the list stays under 2 in 100.
One lane reaches you. The other four are handled and recorded, so nothing is lost: a “no” today is a new angle in 90 days.

Built around the business you already run.

This is not a platform you adopt. It is a sending system assembled on top of the tools you already use, in accounts that carry your name, so the only new thing in your week is the replies. The tier is chosen by how many companies could realistically buy from you, which I count against public company records before I quote. A bigger tier reaches more people in a month. It does not buy a better list, better writing or a closer eye on your deliverability, because those are the same in all four.

Tier
Reachable decision-makers
Pace
When it is the right one
Focused
1,500–5,000
400 new contacts a month
A tight, well defined market. One segment, one sequence.
Standard
5,000–15,000
750 new contacts a month
The usual starting point. Depth to run two openers honestly.
Scale
15,000–40,000
1,250 new contacts a month
A market big enough that a slower pace would take years.
Custom
Counted before I quote
Set to the market
A market that does not divide into the three bands above. Below 1,500 I decline the work.
The same sending rules in every tier. 20 emails per mailbox per day, 3 mailboxes per domain, Monday to Friday in the recipient’s working hours, 21 send days a month. Domains warm for 21 days. Your brand domain never sends cold email.
Runway is depth divided by pace, then maintenance at 250 touches a month. Every account is in your name, on your billing.

Questions I usually get.

The ones about me and about what I will not do. Questions about whether the method works are answered on their own page.

How do I know I’m not getting the same playbook as everyone else?
The plumbing is the same for everyone. The targeting never is.

Infrastructure is a solved problem, so it does not change per client. The target sheet and the copy are written for your market and you approve both before anything sends, then after every 1,000 sends I look at the reply and booking rates and adjust the copy and the offer from what people said.

Every lead gen agency promises the world and delivers mixed results.
Most of them do. Hold me to these three.

No blasting volume to make the numbers look busy. No meetings with people paid or nudged to attend. No report that shows bookings and nothing else. You approve the copy before it sends. Ask whoever else you are speaking to for the same in writing.

If someone only shows you meetings booked, that’s a tell.
Agreed. You get the whole funnel every week.

Sent, arrived, replied, worth having, booked, split by type of firm and by which email in the sequence pulled it. A bad week shows up as a bad week. You will see the losing months as clearly as the good ones.

Who else have you done this for?
Nobody of my own yet, and I will not dress that up.

I have built cold email systems and enrichment pipelines inside a UK agency, and I run this one on my own list. What I do not have is a client who will take your call, because I am early. Grade it on the evidence that exists: the outreach that reached you, and the pipeline numbers, which are mine.

How many meetings will I get?
A planning band, never a promise.

Plan on 1 to 2 positive replies per 100 contacts, and about 6 in 10 of those booking. That is the band I plan against, not a number I will sign up to. Reply rates move with your offer and your market.

What happens if I stop?
You can stop at the end of any month.

The domains, mailboxes, sequencer and CRM stay with you, along with every contact and reply so far. Every account is registered in your company name and paid direct to the vendors. I hold access while I run it and none once I do not.

You deal with me directly.

I will not hand you to a junior. I build your list, I write the sequence, I watch your deliverability, and I am the one who answers when something looks wrong. Nothing gets relayed through an account manager who has to go and ask.

I use two freelancers where it makes the work better: a copywriter, and someone who handles domain setup and inbox health. I brief them, I check their work, and it still comes back to me.

If a domain or a sequence starts slipping, I catch it and fix it. You should never be the one to spot it.

When you want more, you tell me and I make the change. More people reached, new emails, a different approach, or any other improvement. No ticket, no scheduled call three days out.

I will not promise you a number of meetings.

Anyone who does is guessing, and the guess is priced into their fee. Reply rates move with your offer and your market, and neither of us knows what they are until the first thousand emails have gone out. What I will commit to:

Everything listedSet up and sending inside your first month, then run every month.
Under 2 bounces in 100Addresses are checked before anyone writes to them, not after.
A review every 1,000 sendsReply and booking rates are measured, then the copy and the offer are adjusted from the responses. Sending more email is never the answer.

See how it would run in your business.

20 minutes. I’ll walk you through the system using your customers and your offer as the example.
